GDocBackup for Google Apps

The latest version of GDocBackup adds support to Google Apps domains. Using GDocBackup you are able to export all documents of all users of your domain.
Under the output folder GDocBackup will create one folder for each user and will put user documents under the relative folder.

To activate Google Apps support, select Run Mode Google Apps under Config window --> Main.


You can run Google Apps support in two different way:
  • "Normal": you need administrative username + password and OAuth keys
  • OAuth only: you only need OAuth keys

Before configuring GDocbackup, make sure to enable OAuth keys in the domain administration panel:


If you want to use the "OAuth only", you must enable the User Provisioning (Read only) APIs.
  • Go to domain control panel -> Advanced tools -> Manage third party OAuth Client access
  • Under [Client Name] add your full domain name
  • Under [One or more api scopes] add https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/user/#readonly
  • Press [Authorize]
