I developed UrlDiffMonitor as an experiment and exercise to learn Google App Engine.

I use many of the service offered by the platform (java engine, task queue, datastore, cron, memcache, mail, xmpp, urlfetch, Google authentication) and by third party libs (atom/rss feed).

UrlDiffMonitor is not intended to be a real service. But, if you like, you can use it freely.
